This research aims to synthesize prior empirical data on the relationship between organizational learning and job attitudes to confirm the existence of a significant association between organizational learning (OL), organizational commitment (OC), and job satisfaction (JS), as well as to identify moderators (publication year, countries, and sectors) which explain differences between prior findings. In this study, meta-analysis was conducted with MetaEssentials software. A total of 68 studies with 103 correlations from 2002 to 2022 were included in the analysis (Total respondents = 49,989) from different countries. This study found that OC and OL together have an effect size is 0.49, which indicates a moderate association and the effect size of OC & JS is 0.53, and JS & OL is 0.51, shows a strong positive association. The findings revealed that organizational learning has a crucial impact on increasing organizational commitment and job satisfaction
